Mechanical Assemblers, (2 Positions) needs to have both electrical and mechanical assembly experience, but not as experienced on the electrical side as the Electrical Assembler position. Assembles, tests, and repairs assemblies to conformance of established standards. MUST have 2 years manufacturing experience assembling capital equipment.
General Description:
- Perform a wide variety of Mechanical assembly operations utilizing blueprints, schematics, technical manuals and other specifications.
- Work from blueprints, work orders and written and verbal instructions from lead person.
- Review work order and obtain pre-picked parts in holding area. Inspect parts for correctness.
- Must have good hand-eye coordination to handle small, intricate parts.
- Expertise in handling various tools required.
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly, hazard-free condition, reporting all defective equipment or hazardous conditions.
