Product Knowledge and Presentation:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all insurance products offered the Agency.
Clearly and persuasively explain features, benefits, and potential coverage options to prospective clients. Tailor product presentations to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client.
Sales Conversion:
Effectively convert inbound inquiries into sales by matching the right insurance products to the client's needs. Employ strategic sales techniques to meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
Client Needs Assessment:
Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand and address the specific insurance requirements of each potential client.
Advise clients on the most suitable insurance products based on their individual or business needs.
Documentation and Compliance:
Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and documentation required for settting up new insurance policies. Ensure all sales activities comply with state laws and company/carrier policies.
Customer Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Follow-up with clients as needed to provide additional information, answer questions, or assist with policy alterations.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work collaboratively with other departments (e.g., customer service, underwriting) to ensure a seamless client experience.
Share insights and feedback from clients with the team to help refine sales strategies and product offerings.
Reporting:
Regularly update the CRM system with client information and sales activity details. Prepare and submit sales reports to management as required
Compensation: Salary plus 30% commission on bound new business.
