Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Work with 3rd party vendors to perform upgrades and resolve issues with business systems.
- Maintain secure IT environment through implementation and enforcement of necessary security tools and processes.
- Configure and maintain user hardware and equipment.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- BS/BA in computer science, IT or relevant field
- 10+ years of experience in IT related occupation
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
- Experience supporting Windows OS, MS Office, Windows Server, SQL Server, Gmail, AWS, Active Directory, Google Drive, ERP/CRM systems, WordPress, and other back-office tools in a business setting
- Proficient in set up and configuration of PC hardware and software installation
- Working knowledge in database programming (MS-SQL)
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI is a plus
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to embrace new technologies and knowledge-share with business users
- Solid interpersonal skills
