Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist business users and troubleshoot problems with company’s ERP system.
  • Work with 3rd party vendors to perform upgrades and resolve issues with business systems.
  • Maintain secure IT environment through implementation and enforcement of necessary security tools and processes.
  • Configure and maintain user hardware and equipment.

 

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • BS/BA in computer science, IT or relevant field
  • 10+ years of experience in IT related occupation
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
  • Experience supporting Windows OS, MS Office, Windows Server, SQL Server, Gmail, AWS, Active Directory, Google Drive, ERP/CRM systems, WordPress, and other back-office tools in a business setting
  • Proficient in set up and configuration of PC hardware and software installation
  • Working knowledge in database programming (MS-SQL)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI is a plus
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to embrace new technologies and knowledge-share with business users
  • Solid interpersonal skills
