Reporting to the Owner, the Sales Associate is responsible for helping customers select the correct product, schedule the installation or delivery, order key parts and resolve all customer concerns.

Salary:             Commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

 
  • Greet customers and guide them in their decision in purchasing a hearth product or accessory
  • Close the sales and schedule an installation date
  • Order select parts and manage the customer until installation is complete
  • Juggle multiple customer orders
Requirement:
  • At least 3 years of consumer retail or contractor sales experience
  • Very strong sales skills
  • Extremely personable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professionally presentable
  • Detailed oriented
  • Ability to work Saturdays and longer hours during busy season
  • Computer savvy
  • Fun to work with
Goals:
70%     Sell fireplace, inserts, stoves, grills and accessories
20%     Coordinate ordering of parts and scheduling of installation
