Title: Sales Associate
Reports to: President
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and guide them in their decision in purchasing a hearth product or accessory
- Close the sales and schedule an installation date
- Order select parts and manage the customer until installation is complete
- Juggle multiple customer orders
- At least 3 years of consumer retail or contractor sales experience
- Very strong sales skills
- Extremely personable
- Strong communication skills
- Professionally presentable
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to work Saturdays and longer hours during busy season
- Computer savvy
- Fun to work with
70% Sell fireplace, inserts, stoves, grills and accessories
20% Coordinate ordering of parts and scheduling of installation
10% Resolve customer concerns
