Parts Specialist Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and ordering/quoting replacement components for commercial refrigeration and food equipment. This job has a variety of responsibilities, so it is important to be able to multitask and work well within a team.
Parts Specialist Responsibilities
· Research, quote & order replacement parts for commercial kitchen equipment
· Provide written proposals to customers via email & provide follow up
· Process, order, receive and stage replacement water filters
· Participate in ensuring stock levels are maintained & inventory is orderly
· Assist with receiving inbound UPS/FedEx order, as required
· Collaborate with Service Department to ensure parts are ordered in a timely manner
· Assist researching recommended replacement parts for PM Customers
· Promote a positive work environment and company culture
· Other related duties as assigned
Parts Specialist Qualifications
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Extremely reliable, responsible and personable
· High level of accuracy, and attention to detail
· Motivated, self-starter with a team first attitude
