· Preparing and maintaining employment and related files, assuring accuracy, compliance and confidentiality. Archives personnel records in accordance with the law
· Onboard new employees and ensure proper documentation is received, I-9 is filed and sending reminders to employees for updating I9.
· Handle Employment Verification Forms and Unemployment claims.
· Compliance with EEO-1
· Manage open enrollment, health benefits and HRIS data.
· Conducting New Hire Orientation, Benefits Orientation, and Annual Open Enrollment including specific events, and travel to remote locations.
· Work closely with Payroll to ensure that employee enrollments and changes to coverage are accurately reflected in employee payroll deductions.
· Update employee records and ensure for accuracy.
· Handle other HR related functionality as and when required.
· 2-4 years of experience.
· Knowledge of working with HRIS software.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
