Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

PA HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION:

Interacts with employees, managers and outside vendors in a responsive, customer-focused

ma manner and is sensitive to confidential information

Maintain employee files, documentation, and tax information

Ensures timely distribution & calculation of timesheets

Assist with new hire, termination and data change requests from their assigned locations

Enrollment & Termination of all Employee Benefits for all locations

Process Pre Employment checks

Responsible for benefit enrollments and changes including review and verification of monthly invoices.

Process COBRA participation and billing

Assist with scheduling interviews, travel and accommodations when necessary

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinates employee programs such as, AAA memberships, BJ’s corp. membership, Red

Cross trainings/certifications, etc.

Answers and screens telephone calls, incoming mail and other correspondence.

Enters daily production timesheets

Enters monthly Operation Defect reports

Performs administrative tasks for the Human Resources Manager and President

Sorts all incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail. Insures that adequate supplies are on hand (i.e. copy paper, office supplies, kitchen supplies, conference room supplies etc.)

Inputs all training records directly into the computer. Maintains and updates all training materials. Provides training reports as required

Supports ISO Program through management of the training program administration and coordinating quality chart data and distribution.

Makes travel and lodging arrangements as required.

Assists in coordinating company special events and meetings.

Qualifications:

Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks/responsibilities

A willingness to work both independently and in a team oriented environment

Extensive knowledge of software including EXCEL & WORD

Demonstrates knowledge of organization policy and procedure

Education Requirements

High School Diploma

Additional education such as AS degree highly preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT Office conditions must be able to lift 25lbs. Reasonable accommodations can be made.

Good written and verbal communication skills Good ability to read, and interpret documents such as, Procedures, letters, safety rules, and procedure manuals. Ability to follow verbal instructions.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
