NEED
Personnel Placement
was formed in 1974 as a contract engineering design firm under
the name New England Engineers & Designers, Inc.
While the initial efforts were focused on doing contract design
work in-house, this quickly changed into our present structure
as a full service, multi-disciplined placement agency.
In 1989, we registered NEED Personnel Placement as a d/b/a
in order to better reflect our complete line of employment
offerings. In 2006 we purchased CSR Staffing Solutions in
order to offer more skill disciplines to our clients and our
employees.
In today's increasingly competitive high-tech environment,
the need for qualified, proven, cost-effective and specialized
resources is ever present.
